Refund Policy

At Globridge Solutions, we value our clients and aim to be fair and transparent. While many costs are non-recoverable, we will always try to assist where possible.

1. Service Fees

  • Service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • However, if no work has started at the time of cancellation, we may issue a partial refund (less an administrative fee).

2. Government & Third-Party Fees

  • Fees paid to government institutions, embassies, or third-party service providers are non-refundable, as these costs are outside our control.

3. Agency Errors

  • If Globridge Solutions makes a verified mistake that directly causes an application to be rejected, we will either:

    • Resubmit the application at no additional cost, or

    • Provide a full or partial refund of the service fee (decision at management’s discretion).

4. Client Withdrawal

  • If a client cancels before any work has been done, we will refund up to 50% of the service fee (to cover initial administration).

  • If work has already started, no refund will be provided.

5. Client Non-Compliance

  • No refunds will be given if the client fails to supply documents, provides false information, or withdraws after significant work has been completed.

6. Processing Delays

  • While we cannot issue refunds for government or courier delays, we will assist clients in following up and escalating matters where possible.
