Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Globridge Solutions (“the Agency”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to any individual or entity (“the Client”, “you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Services: Any assistance provided by the Agency, including visa applications, police clearance certificates, apostilles, translations, and related document facilitation.

• Third Parties: Government departments, embassies, consulates, courier companies, or any external service providers involved in the processing of an application.

2. Scope of Services

• The Agency acts solely as a facilitator and intermediary. We do not represent, control, or influence the decision-making of any government, embassy, or third-party authority.

• Our role is limited to providing guidance, preparation, and submission assistance as required.

3. Client Obligations

• Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Submit required documents in a timely manner.

  • Comply with all requests for additional information or supporting documents.

• The Client acknowledges that failure to meet these obligations may result in delays, additional costs, or rejection of the application.

4. Payments

• All service fees, government charges, and third-party costs must be paid in full before services commence, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments are accepted only via approved methods indicated on the Agency’s invoice.

• The Agency reserves the right to suspend services until full payment is received.

5. Refunds

• Agency Service Fees: Non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Third-Party Fees: Non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Agency Errors: If the Agency makes an error that directly causes rejection, we will rectify the error at no extra cost or, at management’s discretion, issue a partial refund.

• Client Withdrawal or Non-Compliance: No refunds will be issued if the Client withdraws, fails to provide documents, or does not cooperate with the process.

6. Processing Times

• All processing times provided by the Agency are estimates only.

• The Agency shall not be held liable for delays beyond its control, including but not limited to delays caused by government institutions, courier services, strikes, or unforeseen events.

7. Liability

• The Agency does not guarantee approval of any application. Final decisions rest exclusively with the relevant government authority.

• The Agency shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred as a result of:

  • Application delays or rejections,

  • Errors by third-party authorities,

  • Acts beyond our control (force majeure).

• Our maximum liability, if established, shall not exceed the service fee paid by the Client.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• The Agency will treat all client information with strict confidentiality.

• Data will only be shared with the relevant authorities and third parties necessary for processing.

• We comply with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.

9. Termination of Services

• The Agency reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • The Client provides fraudulent or misleading information,

  • The Client engages in abusive, disrespectful, or unlawful behaviour towards Agency staff,

  • The Client breaches these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.

11. Amendments

• The Agency may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest version available on our website or at our offices.

12. Acceptance

By engaging the services of Globridge Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
